- When you place your order, we will package and ship it within one business day. Some of our items are limited stock, or made to order. For those items the shipping time may take longer since we will build them to order. Please review the product descriptions to see if this applies to the product you're ordering.

- Returns & Replacements
- We offer a 30 day to protect against product defects. If you have a problem with your product, please give us a call or send us an email. We're more than happy to address any concerns you may have.
- Viewing Orders
- You can view all of the orders you've placed by accessing your account and clicking the 'My Orders' link in the left navigation. This will display all of the orders you've placed, and allow you to re-order those items that we still carry.
- Updating Account Information
- You can easily and quickly update your account information by accessing your account and updating the information there. If you've forgotten your password, please use our password reminder tool and a new password will be generated and emailed to your registered address. At no point will any representative of Whiplash Audio ever ask you for your account password. Please email or call us if you have any difficulties placing an order or accessing your account.
